Adinath Kothare (born 13 May 1984) is an Indian actor, producer, and director, who predominantly works in Marathi films. His directorial debut film, 'Paani,' won the 'National Film Award for Best Film on Environment Conservation/Preservation' at the 66th National Film Awards and also won him the 'Best Actor' award at the New York Indian Film Festival. His father, Mahesh Kothare, is a veteran film director of Marathi films. Kothare made his acting debut as a child actor in the 1994 hit film '''Majha Chakula'''.
