Pratigyabadh
is a 1991 Indian Hindi-language film directed by Ravi Chopra starring Sunil Dutt, Mithun Chakraborty, Kumar Gaurav, Neelam Kothari, Sujata Mehta and Beena Banerjee. Plot is the story of simpleton Shankar and his brother and sister, and the hurdles they face in life. Shankar grows up to become the right-hand man of Pascal, who is a smuggler of gold. In early childhood, he has seen his mother getting brutally raped by a truck driver and dying in front of him. He wants to take revenge on the truck driver and a moneylender because of whom his family had become homeless. Years later Shankar discovers that the truck driver has become a dangerous smuggler known as Tej Bahadur. How the circumstances bring Shankar and his enemies face to face and how he takes revenge his against them forms the story. Sunil Dutt (born Balraj Raghunath Dutt; 6 June 1929 – 25 May 2005) was an Indian actor, film producer, director, and politician known for his work in Hindi Cinema. Ravi Chopra
Ravi Chopra (27 September 1946 – 12 November 2014) was an Indian filmmaker, best known for directing the television show '' Mahabharat'' (1988–1990). Life Chopra was the son of producer and director B.R. Chopra and nephew of Yash Chopra. Aditya Chopra and Uday Chopra are his cousins. He was married to Renu since 1975, they have two children together. On 23 October 2012, he was diagnosed with a severe lung ailment and was discharged from Breach Candy Hospital after a week. "He was discharged from hospital on October 26," hospital sources said, without going into details. He was being treated for lung cancer at CMC Vellore. Chopra died on 12 November 2014 at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai where he had been admitted a few days earlier for a lung ailment. He was 68 years old, and survived by his wife and two children. Ashalata Wabgaonkar (2 July 1941 – 22 September 2020), better known as Ashalata, was an Indian actress. Originally tracing her roots to Palolem, Goa, she was associated with the Mumbai-based Goa Hindu Association. She acted in over a hundred Hindi and Marathi movies. Anwar Hussain (born 1 February 1949), known by the mononym Anwar, is an Indian playback singer. Early years Anwar was born in Mumbai on 1 February 1949. His father, Ashiq Hussain (Ahmed Ali Khan), was an accomplished sitar and harmonium player and an assistant music director to the musician Ghulam Haider.
