Pratigya (1975 Film)
''Pratiggya'' () is a 1975 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film. Produced by Dharmendra and B. S. Deol, the film is directed by Dulal Guha. The music was by Laxmikant-Pyarelal and the lyricist was Anand Bakshi. It stars Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Ajit, Johnny Walker, Jagdeep, Mukri, Mehar Mittal and Keshto Mukherjee. The story revolves around Dharmendra out to avenge his parents' brutal murder by Ajit in this "violent revenge" story. Along with its strong action scenes it also had a significant comic track in the form of "slapstick" comedy getting the film referred to as a "masterpiece in comedy". The film was a big commercial success at the box-office and among the top 3 grossers for the year in India. Moolchand Kapoor was a prolific character actor in Hindi and Panjabi cinema, who was active from 1950 to his death in the late 1980s. He appeared in over 250 films. These films spanned the parallel cinema of Guru Dutt to the wrestler films of Dara Singh. He is known for his big stomach. The first known appearance of Moolchand is in 1950. Birbal (actor)
Mahesh Das (; 1528 16 February 1586), popularly known by his title Rajah Birbal (), was an Indian minister and commander of the Mughal Empire. He is mostly known in the Indian subcontinent for the Fable, folk tales which focus on his wit. He was appointed by Akbar and was one of his most important courtiers, part of a group called the ''navaratnas'' (nine jewels). In February 1586, he led an army to crush an unrest in the north-west Indian Subcontinent now modern day Swat District Pakistan where he was killed along with many troops in an ambush which turned into a full-scale battle against Yusufzai, rebelling Yusufzai and adjoining tribes. Daya Kishan Sapru (16 March 1916 – 20 October 1979), was an Indian actor famed for a variety of character roles in Hindi cinema, particularly villains, judges and aristocrats in crime thrillers and dramas.
