Pracha Prasobdee
Pracha Prasobdee ( th, ประชา ประสพดี) is a Thai politician. As of 2012, he was a Deputy Minister of the Interior and a member of the House of Representatives of the Pheu Thai Party. Life Pracha was born on 31 October 1960, the son of Pranom and Somsamai Prasobdee, with 3 siblings. He obtained a bachelor's degree in law from Siam University, and a master's degree in public law from Dhurakij Pundit University and education administration from Chulalongkorn University. He graduated with a doctoral degree in public administration from Ubon Ratchathani University. He is married to Nuntawan Prasobdee and has one child. His younger sister, Naruemon Tharndamrong (Thai: นฤมล ธารดำรงค์), was named one of 26 red-shirt political officers while serving as advisor to the Labor Minister. Order Of The White Elephant
__NOTOC__ The Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant ( th, เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์อันเป็นที่เชิดชูยิ่งช้างเผือก; ) is an order of Thailand. It was established in 1861 by King Rama IV of the Kingdom of Siam. The Yingluck Cabinet describes the cabinet selections of Thailand's Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra, who served as Prime Minister from 2011 to 2014. Shinawatra was appointed effective 5 August 2011, and she handed in her cabinet list for endorsement on 9 August 2011. 2011 Thai General Election
General elections were held in Thailand on 3 July 2011 to elect the 24th House of Representatives. The protestors of the United Front for Democracy Against Dictatorship (UDD) or " Red Shirts" who occupied downtown Bangkok in April and May 2010 had demanded new elections. The government's counter-proposal to hold elections on 14 November 2010 was rejected by them and was followed by a violent crackdown when the protestors refused to disperse. Elections were finally announced in May 2011. With a turnout of 75.03%, populist Pheu Thai Party won a majority with 265 seats. Contract killing is a form of murder or assassination in which one party hires another party to kill a targeted person or persons. It involves an illegal agreement which includes some form of payment, monetary or otherwise. Either party may be a person, group, or organization. The Thai Rak Thai Party (TRT; th, พรรคไทยรักไทย, , ; "Thais Love Thais Party") was a Thai political party founded in 1998. From 2001 to 2006, it was the ruling party under its founder, Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. During its brief existence, Thai Rak Thai won the three general elections it contested. 2001 Thai General Election
General elections were held in Thailand on 6 January 2001 to elect the 500 seats of the House of Representatives. In accordance with the recently enacted 1997 constitution, the House of Representatives was composed of 400 members elected from single-member constituencies and 100 elected from national party lists on a proportional basis. The Thai Rak Thai party co-founded and led by Thaksin Shinawatra won the largest number of votes and 248 of the 500 seats on a populist platform of economic growth and anti-corruption. Palang Dharma Party
The Palang Dharma Party ( th, พรรคพลังธรรม, ; translated as "power of Dharma", or "moral force", PDP for short) was a Buddhist-inspired political party in Thailand founded by Chamlong Srimuang in 1988, associated with the Santi Asoke sect of Buddhism. The Thai word ''tham'' can be used to refer both to "morality", and "dharma", the teachings of Buddhism. Phak Phalang Tham was a political party, not to be confused with its precursor, ''Ruam Phalang'' ("collective force"), the campaign group that backed Chamlong Srimuang in the 1985 Bangkok gubernatorial election.
