Power Cosmic
Galactus () is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Formerly a mortal man, he is a cosmic entity who consumes planets to sustain his life force, and serves a functional role in the upkeep of the Earth-616, primary Marvel continuity. He was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and first appeared in ''Fantastic Four (comic book), Fantastic Four'' #48 (March 1966). Lee and Kirby wanted to introduce a character that broke from the archetype of the standard villain. In the character's first appearance, Galactus was depicted as a god-like figure that fed by draining living planets of their energy, and operated without regard to the morality or judgments of mortal beings. Galactus's initial origin was that of a Taa-an space explorer named Galan who gained cosmic abilities by passing near a star,''Thor'' #168–169. The Amazing Spider-Man
''The Amazing Spider-Man'' is an ongoing American superhero American comic book, comic book series featuring the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man as its title character and main protagonist. Being in the Earth 616, mainstream continuity of the franchise, it was the character's first title, launching seven months after his introduction in the final issue of ''Amazing Fantasy''. The series began publication with a March 1963 cover date and has been published nearly continuously to date over six volumes with only one significant interruption. Issues of the title currently feature an issue number within its sixth volume, as well as a "legacy" number reflecting the issue's overall number across all ''Amazing Spider-Man'' volumes. The title reached 900 issues in 2022. The series began as a bimonthly periodical before being increased to monthly after four issues. Ultimate Marvel
Ultimate Marvel, later known as Ultimate Comics, was an imprint of comic books published by Marvel Comics, featuring reimagined and modernized versions of the company's superhero characters from the Ultimate Marvel Universe, later known as the Ultimate Universe. Those characters include Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Ultimates (the Ultimate Marvel Universe counterpart of the Avengers), the Fantastic Four, and others. The imprint was launched in 2000 with the publication of the series ''Ultimate Spider-Man'' and '' Ultimate X-Men'' in 2001, followed by '' The Ultimates'' and '' Ultimate Fantastic Four'' in 2002 and 2004 respectively providing new origin stories for the characters.
