Hans Christian Poul Hansen (27 February 1913 – 13 August 1966), simply known as Poul Hansen, was a Danish politician, who served as Defence Minister of Denmark from 1956 to 1962 and Danish Minister of Finance from 1962 to 1965. Poul Kjærholm (1929–1980) was a Danish designer. Born in Østervrå, Denmark, Kjærholm began his career as a cabinetmaker's apprentice with Gronbech in 1948, attending the Danish School of Arts and Crafts in Copenhagen in 1952. In 1953, he married Hanne Kjærholm who became a successful architect. While working as a designer, he also became an educator continuing studies with Prof. Erik Herløw and Prof. Palle Suenson. Poul Ove Jensen (born 10 March 1937) is a Danish architect. He is the director of the bridge department at Dissing+Weitling. He was responsible for the design of over 200 bridges in 30 countries. Biography Poul Ove Jensen was born on 10 March 1937 in Kauslunde, Denmark. He graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture. Career Jensen was employed by Arne Jacobsen from 1963-1971, and joined Dissing+Weitling in 1972. He became a partner in 1986. Along with Pouli Hoffgård Møller, he was the firm's project manager for the Great Belt Fixed Link. The work is a Danish Culture Canon. Jensen also participated in the design of the Øresund Bridge, linking Copenhagen, Denmark and Malmö, Sweden as well as the Stonecutters Bridge in Hong Kong. Poul Hübertz (born 21 September 1976) is a Danish former professional footballer who played as a forward. He previously played for a number of Danish clubs, including Farum BK, Herfølge BK, AaB, and FC Midtjylland in the Danish Superliga, and has also represented English football clubs Millwall and Northampton Town. Poul Christian Holst (21 January 1776 – 7 August 1863) was a Norway, Norwegian government official who held several positions in the period 1814–1848. Holst led negotiations over debt with Denmark in 1817, after the dissolution of the Denmark–Norway, union between the two countries in 1814. Biography Holst was born at Røyken in Buskerud, Norway. Poul Richard Høj Jensen "PRHJ" (born 2 June 1944) is a Danish sailor, boatbuilder, sailmaker and Olympic champion. Høj Jensen lives with his wife Sophia alternating in Burnham-on-Crouch and Freetown, Antigua and Barbuda. Personal life Married with two children, two step children; seven grand children to date.
