Popular Resistance Of Ukraine
The Popular Resistance of Ukraine (NSU; ) is a Ukrainian underground partisan organization operating in the territories of Ukraine occupied by Russian troops during the invasion of the country. The partisans operate in the rear and transmit the coordinates of important military facilities and the deployment of Russian troops to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. History The NSU Telegram channel was created on 17 September 2021, and at first opposed the organization of elections to the authorities of the Russian Federation on the territory of Donbas, Ukraine. A month before the invasion, in January, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry organized popular resistance forces in the event of a Russian attack. It was reported that in early June, with the assistance of NSU partisans, a group of Russian special forces of the Akhmat unit disappeared. Ukrainian Resistance In Russian-occupied Ukraine
When Russia invaded Ukraine in early 2022, it occupied vast portions of the country, having already occupied parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts as well as the entirety of Crimea since the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine war in 2014. Partisan groups began to be organized in mid-2022. These groups have been involved in intelligence-gathering, sabotage, and assassinations. Much of their activity has taken place in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts of southern Ukraine. 2022 March On 1 March, the mayor of Kreminna, Volodymyr Struk was abducted from his home. His wife claimed that unknown camouflaged men entered their property and kidnapped her husband. On 2 March, Struk was found shot dead with a gunshot wound in his chest. Kadyrovites or Kadyrovtsy () or Akhmat (Russian: Ахмат) is an informal term of Chechnya-based detachments of National Guard of Russia ("Rosguard"), Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Russian Ministry of Defence. Russian Military Commissariats Attacks
A series of Molotov cocktail arson attacks and shootings took place in Russian military commissariat registration and enlistment offices following the start of the country's invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Other governmental buildings were also attacked in multiple regions of Russia. Part of the Russian partisan and anti-war movements, the attacks were spurred by several factors, including the invasion of Ukraine, the deployment of Russian conscripts to the front line, the start of spring conscription, and rumors about possible mobilization in the country, which were later found to be true. Nova Kakhovka (, ; ) is a List of cities in Ukraine, city in Kakhovka Raion, Kherson Oblast, southern Ukraine. Kakhovka (, ) is a port city on the Dnieper River in Kakhovka Raion, Kherson Oblast, of southern Ukraine. It hosts the administration of the Kakhovka urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.
