"Poor Decisions" is a song by American hip hop recording artist Wale, released as the first single from the Maybach Music Group (MMG) compilation album, ''Self Made Vol. 3''. The song features fellow American rappers Rick Ross and Lupe Fiasco, the former of whom being the founder of MMG. The song peaked on the US ''Billboard'' Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles at number nine. Background On June 3, 2013, "Poor Decisions" was officially premiered by ''Vibe''. It was originally thought to be a track from Wale's third studio album '' The Gifted''. Olubowale Victor Akintimehin (born September 21, 1984), better known by his stage name Wale ( ), is an American rapper. He first gained recognition in 2006, when his song "Dig Dug (Shake It)" became popular in his hometown, leading Wale to became locally recognized as he continued recording music for the regional audience. Wale met English DJ-producer Mark Ronson in 2006 and joined his label, Allido Records in 2007. ''The Gifted'' is the third studio album by American rapper Wale. The album was released on June 25, 2013 by Maybach Music Group, Allido Records, and Atlantic Records. The production on the album was handled by multiple producers including Just Blaze, Jake One, Kane Beatz, Cardiak, The Runners and Lee Major among others.
