The Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is the unicameral legislature of the union territory of Delhi in India. Rajesh Gupta (born 2 November 1978) is an Indian politician and was a member of the Sixth Legislative Assembly of Delhi (M.L.A.). He has also been the Parliamentary Secretary of Health in the state.
