Pomeroy Green is a housing complex in Santa Clara, California, USA, constructed in 1961 by the Mid-Century designer Joseph Eichler. The two-story complex has sixteen multifamily buildings, with a range of configurations per building. Pomeroy Green was registered on the National Register of Historic Places on March 24, 2021, for its role in the use of cluster development. Joseph Leopold Eichler (June 25, 1900 – July 1, 1974) was a 20th-century post-war American real estate developer known for developing distinctive residential Subdivision (land), subdivisions of mid-century modern style tract housing in California. He was one of the influential advocates of bringing modern architecture from custom residences and large corporate buildings to general public availability.
