Eric Morino (born January 20, 1998), better known as PointCrow, is an American YouTuber and Twitch streamer. He is known for online content surrounding video games—most notably '' The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild'' and '' The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom''—and other real life productions. He has completed several challenges based around ''Breath of the Wild'', and has received media attention for offering a US$10,000 bounty to whoever created a mod that allowed the game to be played in online multiplayer. The mod was released on April 4, 2023, and some of Morino's videos making use of it were issued YouTube copyright strikes by Nintendo shortly after. is a 2017 action-adventure game developed and published by Nintendo. Set at the end of the ''Zelda'' timeline, the player controls an amnesiac Link as he sets out to save Princess Zelda and prevent Calamity Ganon from destroying the world. Players explore the open world of Hyrule while they collect items and complete objectives such as puzzles and side quests. Fandom (formerly known as Wikicities and Wikia) is a wiki hosting service that hosts wikis mainly on entertainment topics (i.e., video games, TV series, movies, entertainers, etc.). The privately held for-profit Delaware company was founded in October 2004 by Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales and Angela Beesley. Fandom was acquired in 2018 by TPG Inc. and Jon Miller through Integrated Media Co. Fandom uses MediaWiki, the same open-source wiki software used by Wikipedia. Occupational Burnout
The ICD-11 of the World Health Organization (WHO) describes occupational burnout as a work-related phenomenon resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. According to the WHO, symptoms include "feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion; increased mental distance from one's job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one's job; and reduced professional efficacy." It is classified as an occupational phenomenon but is not recognized by the WHO as a Disease, medical or mental disorder, psychiatric condition. Social psychologist Christina Maslach and colleagues made clear that burnout does not constitute "a single, one-dimensional phenomenon." However, national health bodies in some European countries do recognise it as such, and it is also independently recognised by some health practitioners. Twitch Plays ''Pokémon'' (TPP) is a social experiment and channel on the video game live streaming website Twitch, consisting of a crowdsourced attempt to play Game Freak's and Nintendo's ''Pokémon'' video games by parsing commands sent by users through the channel's chat room.
