Ricardo Dias de Lima Ventura da Costa (born 25 November 1986), more commonly known by his stagename Richie Campbell, is a Portuguese R&B, dancehall and reggae singer. He is considered a leading figure in the Portuguese music scene. Early life and career beginnings Richie Campbell was born Ricardo Dias de Lima Ventura da Costa, in the city of Lisbon. His musical career started with the band Stepacide; during that time he was also part of the project No Joke Sound System. He eventually left both projects so he could focus on his solo career. In 2010 he made his debut with the mixtape ''My Path'', along with the homonymous EP ''Richie Campbell''. Tarik Ali Mishlawi, known by his stage name Mishlawi, is an American hip-hop performing artist, who grew up in Portugal. Dubbed as ''" Portuguese Hip Hop's revelation"'' by La Vanguardia, and commonly referred to as a ''"TransAtlantic talent"'', Mishlawi started his musical career on YouTube, before he was discovered by Richie Campbell and subsequently signed to Bridgetown Records, and later by Universal music and Island records. 2019 MTV Europe Music Awards
The 2019 MTV EMAs (also known as the MTV Europe Music Awards) was held at the FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre in Seville, Spain, on 3 November 2019. The ceremony's host was Becky G. This was the fourth year, as well as the second consecutive year, that Spain hosted the ceremony. It was also the first time a country hosted back-to-back editions. Ariana Grande was nominated for seven awards, followed by Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X and Shawn Mendes, who were each nominated for six. BTS won three awards, becoming the most awarded act of the night, followed by Taylor Swift, Halsey and Eilish, who each won two. In association with the EMAs, an event called MTV Music Week was organised, which run from 31 October to 2 November at different locations throughout the city. Cascais () is a town and municipality in the Lisbon District of Portugal, located on the Portuguese Riviera. The municipality has a total of 214,158 inhabitants in an area of 97.40 km2.
