Witold Pyrkosz (24 December 1926 – 22 April 2017) was a Polish actor. He was best known as Lucjan Mostowiak in Polish TV series "M jak miłość", as Pyzdra in "Janosik", as Wichura in "Czterej pancerni i pies", as Balcerek in "Alternatywy 4" and he was also a voice actor of Tow Mater in Polish dubbing of Pixar's Cars series. ↵His official birth certificate says that he was born on 1 January 1927 in Lwów; however, he stated that this was done purposely: the date was changed to delay his compulsory conscription for a year, while his mother registered his birthplace as Lwów because it "sounded more regal". In 1974, Pyrkosz was decorated with the Gold Cross of Merit and in 1984, with the Knight's Cross of Polonia Restituta. In 2009, he received the Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis. Jerzy Nowak (20 June 1923 – 26 March 2013) was a Polish film and theatre actor and teacher. Biography During World War II, Nowak fought with the Polish partisans. In 1948, he graduated from the Ludwik Solski Academy for the Dramatic Arts in Kraków. From 1994 on, Nowak primarily and continuously played the role of Singer Hirsch, who is a historic character in the legacy of Polish theater. Wojciech Kilar (; 17 July 1932 – 29 December 2013) was a Polish classical and film music composer. One of his greatest successes came with his score to Francis Ford Coppola's '' Bram Stoker's Dracula'' in 1992, which received the ASCAP Award and the nomination for the Saturn Award for Best Music. Ryszard Pietruski (born 7 October 1922 in Wyszecino near Wejherowo, died 14 September 1996 in Warsaw) was a Polish theatre and film actor. Biography He spent his childhood and early days in Lviv. He was a student of the III State High School and Gymnasium in the name of King Stefan Batory in Lviv (in Polish ''Państwowego III Gimnazjum Męskiego im. Króla Stefana Batorego''). During the war he worked in Lviv as a waiter in a restaurant. In 1944, after the second occupation of Lviv by the Red Army, he joined the Polish Army and fought as a soldier in the 4th Infantry Division. He participated in the liberation of Warsaw and in the battle of Kolobrzeg, among other events.
