Pigwalk
''Pigwalk'' is the second full-length studio album by rap metal group Stuck Mojo. This album is considered to be a milestone in the rap metal genre. Stuck Mojo performed "(Here Comes) The Monster" and "Mental Meltdown" on MTV's 1996 ''Headbangers Ball''. A music video for "Pigwalk" was also made. Despite this, the album found little mainstream success, much like the previous album, ''Snappin Necks''. In 2006, the album was reissued, adding almost the entire ''Violated'' EP (minus the live version of "F.O.D."), the demo "Hate Must Be A Gift", and two covers of Iron Maiden's " Wrathchild" and Mötley Crüe's "Shout at the Devil" (all three of which were previously released on the ''Violate This'' compilation). Rich Ward
Richard Park Ward (born January 16, 1969), also known by his stage name the Duke, is an American guitarist best known as a founding member of Stuck Mojo and as lead guitarist of heavy metal band Fozzy. Early life Ward grew up listening to many indie-style soundtracks as that was all that was available to him. After his parents' divorce, Ward's mother's work schedule was hectic, resulting in her hiring a college student to look after him and his sister. According to Ward, the student would often bring over heavy metal and hard rock albums from bands such as AC/DC, Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden, to name a few. From that point, Ward had a new outlook on music, having found the genre of music that "clicked" with him. Ward has also said in interviews that his favorite band growing up was Journey, and he has also cited bands like Bad Company and Foreigner as influences. Ward began learning guitar at age 12, borrowing a friend's guitar on weekends, practicing different chords he ... This video received considerable airplay as well as being played on ''WCW Monday Nitro''. The WCW United States Championship belt is pictured on the cover. ''Rising'' sold over 3 million copies, becoming Century Media's highest selling album until 2004, when Lacuna Coil's album ''Comalies'' broke that record. Shout At The Devil
''Shout at the Devil'' is the second studio album by American heavy metal band Mötley Crüe, released on September 26, 1983. It was the band's breakthrough album, establishing Mötley Crüe as one of the top selling heavy metal acts of the 1980s. The singles " Looks That Kill" and " Too Young to Fall in Love" were moderate hits for the band. Overview ''Shout at the Devil'' was Mötley Crüe's breakthrough success, selling 200,000 copies in its first two weeks. The album's title and the band's use of a pentagram caused a great deal of controversy upon its 1983 release, as Christian and conservative groups claimed the band was encouraging their listeners to worship Satan. The pentagram was something Nikki Sixx brought with him from Sister, a very theatrical band he had been a member of (along with future W.A.S.P. vocalist Blackie Lawless) in the late 1970s prior to the formation of Mötley Crüe. Sister fused occult symbolism such as the Pentagram into a theatrical heavy meta ... [...More Info...]       [...Related Items...]     OR:     [Wikipedia]   [Google]   [Baidu]   |

Wrathchild
Wrathchild (sometimes known as Wrathchild UK in the United States due to a naming conflict with Wrathchild America) are an English glam metal band. Formed in 1980, the group was an early exponent of the glam metal genre, founded at about the same time as US bands of the genre such as Mötley Crüe. In their home country, the band's speciality was in its D.I.Y. aesthetic (common for many NWOBHM bands), over-the-top stage shows and striking imagery. During their early days, they would often play in pubs but still use confetti and pyrotechnics, whilst dressed in full glam metal gear, including their trademark platform boots and huge, teased hair. From 2005 to 2009 they toured under the name Psychowrath before reverting back to Wrathchild in 2009 and more recently under the name Wrathchild Feat. Rocky Shades from 2023 onwards. The band has gone through several line-up changes over the years, with line-up number three - consisting of Rocky Shades, Lance Rocket, Marc Angel an ...
