Pieter Vanspeybrouck (born 10 February 1987 in Tielt) is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer, who now works as a directeur sportif for UCI WorldTeam . In June 2017, he was named in the startlist for the Tour de France. Tielt
Tielt (; french: Thielt) is a Belgian city and municipality in the province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the town of Tielt proper and the villages of Aarsele, Kanegem, and Schuiferskapelle. History Some traces of Gallo-Roman occupation have been found in this area.
