Pierre Nlend Womé (born 26 March 1979) is a Cameroonian former professional association football, footballer who played as a left-back. A Journeyman (sports), journeyman, he played for 14 clubs in six countries. At international level, he made 68 FIFA-official appearances scoring 1 goal for the Cameroon national football team, Cameroon national team. Club career After spending his youth career at Fogape Yaoundé and the relatively eminent regional side Canon Yaoundé, Womé moved to Italy from Cameroon in the summer of 1996 to start his professional career. Coton Sport Football Club de Garoua, or simply Coton Sport, is a Cameroonian professional football club based in Garoua. Alessandro Rinaldi (born 23 November 1974) is a retired Italian footballer who played as a defender. Club career Rinaldi began his career at U.S. Consalvo, a small team from the Quadraro district in Rome, before moving first to Lodigiani and then to Lazio. He never played for Lazio in the Serie A. In 1993, he was transferred to the Serie C1 team in Nola, where he caught the attention of scouts for Hellas Verona, for whom he played in the 1994–95 season in the Italian Serie B. Amedeo Mangone (born 12 July 1968) is an Italian football coach and former player, who played as a defender. Playing career Mangone was born in Milan. A product of A.C. Milan's youth system, he was transferred in 1987 to Pergocrema of Serie C2. In 1989, he moved to Solbiatese, another Serie C2 club; he left the club 1993 to join Serie B club Bari, being one of the protagonists of the ''gallettis promotion to Serie A. Francesco Stefano Antonioli (born 14 September 1969) is an Italian former footballer who played as goalkeeper. He was the oldest footballer in Serie A until his club Cesena were relegated to Serie B at the end of the 2011–12 season, after which he retired from professional football. Antonioli began his club career with Monza and played for several Italian clubs throughout his career, winning titles with AC Milan, Bologna and Roma. Co-ownership (football)
Co-ownership is a system whereby two football clubs own the contract of a player jointly, although the player is only registered to play for one club. It is not a universal system, but is used in some countries, including Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. It was formerly commonplace in Italy, though the practice has now been abolished there. This type of deal differs from third-party ownership, in that in the latter, the player's contract is owned by a non-footballing entity, such as a management company. In American English, a journeyman or journeywoman is an athlete who is technically competent but unable to excel. The term is used elsewhere (such as in American English, American, British English, British and Australian English, Australian contexts) to refer to a professional sportsman who plays for numerous clubs during his career. In Britain, the term is also used derogatorily, along with ''mercenary'', to refer to players who join various affluent clubs purely in search of higher contractual payouts rather than to further their career; usually clubs which they would likely never join otherwise.
