Pierre-Louis Barassi
Pierre-Louis Barassi (born 22 April 1998) is a French professional rugby union player who plays as a Centre (rugby union), centre for Top 14 club Stade Toulousain, Toulouse and the France national rugby union team, France national team. Professional career Barassi made his Lyon OU, Lyon debut during the 2016–17 European Rugby Challenge Cup, 2016–17 Challenge Cup, going on to obtain three additional caps and score one try. He did not, however, make an appearance in the Top 14 competition. In addition, he continued to play for France national rugby sevens team, France's seven-a-side team from 2017 to 2018, and he was a member of the France national under-20 rugby union team, France under-20 team that won the 2018 World Rugby Under 20 Championship. 2021–22 EPCR Challenge Cup
The 2021–22 EPCR Challenge Cup was the eighth edition of the EPCR Challenge Cup, an annual second-tier rugby union competition for professional clubs. Including the predecessor competition, the original European Challenge Cup, this was the 26th edition of European club rugby's second-tier competition. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament format was changed for the previous season. A similar format remained for this season, however, the number of teams was increased from 14 to 15 and an additional six will join from the Champions Cup. The EPCR Challenge Cup is an annual rugby union competition organised by European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR). It is the second-tier competition for clubs based in European leagues behind the European Rugby Champions Cup.
