Phuwatapa Village () is an electoral subdivision or ward in Ishibu vdc of Terhathum District, Kosi Zone, in the eastern development region of Nepal. It had a population of about 500 people in 60 households, according to the census of 2011 conducted in Nepal. Ishibu
Ishibu () is one of the 32 village development committees of Tehrathum District in Province No. 1 of Nepal. This village is to the north of the district headquarters at Myanglung. It had a population of 2846 in 616 households according to the census of 2011. Tourism The area located between Ishibu and Samdu is most popular and well known for its natural panoramas. One of the most remarkable objects existing here is Hyatung waterfall which is known throughout Asia and the world. Literacy rate This community was very disadvantaged and lagged behind in education over the past few years but after a gradual changes in improving the literacy rate from every sub-division number, the rate of literacy has been changing substantially throughout in villages. Terhathum District
Tehrathum District ( ), is one of seventy-seven districts of Nepal and one of the 14 districts of Koshi Province Demographics In 2021, Terhathum district had a population of 88,731. Tehrathum had a literacy rate of 81.9% and a sex ratio of 1036 females per 1000 males. 34,079 (38.41%) lived in urban municipalities. Ethnicity/caste: 36.40% were Limbu, 19.41% Chhetri, 11.11% Hill Brahmin, 6.91% Tamang, 4.32% Kami, 3.44% Damai/Dholi, 3.26% Gurung, 2.84% Newar, 2.78% Magar, 1.80% Rai, 1.58% Sherpa, 1.50% Sarki and 1.36% Gharti/ Bhujel. Kosi Zone
Kosi or Koshi (, ) was one of the fourteen zones of Nepal until the restructure of zones to provinces. The headquarters of Kosi Zone was Biratnagar which was also its largest city. Other cities of Kosi Zone were Inaruwa, Dharan, Dhankuta, Jhumka, Duhabi, Tarahara and Itahari. Its main rivers were Arun, Tamor and Sapta Koshi. Development Regions Of Nepal
Prior to the promulgation of a new Constitution of Nepal, constitution in 2015 after an earthquake, Nepal was divided into five development regions (), 14 administrative List of zones of Nepal, zones () and 77 List of districts of Nepal, districts (). The 14 administrative zones were grouped into five development regions. Each district is headed by a Chief District Officer, Chief District Officer (CDO) responsible for maintaining law and order and coordinating the work of field agencies of the various government ministries. 2011 Nepal Census
Nepal conducted a widespread national census in 2011 by the Nepal Central Bureau of Statistics. Working in cooperation with the 58 municipalities and the 3,915 Village Development Committees at a district level, they recorded data from all the municipalities and villages of each district.
