Philipp Hochmair
Philipp Hochmair (German: Help:IPA/Standard German, [ˈfɪǀɪp ˈhoːxmɑɪɐ]); born 16 October 1973) is an Austrian theater, film and television actor. Early life Hochmair grew up in Vienna (Austria) where he discovered his passion for literature, film and theater. He studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna in the master class of Klaus Maria Brandauer and at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique, Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique in Paris. Career Theater From 2003 to 2009 Hochmair was engaged at the Viennese Burgtheater (admitted in the gallery of honor). When he left the Burgtheater in 2009, he worked at the Thalia Theater (Hamburg), Thalia Theater in Hamburg until 2016. Apart from this, he had engagements at the Schauspielhaus Hamburg, Staatstheater Hannover, Volksbühne, Volksbühne Berlin and at the Schauspielhaus Zürich, Zürich Schauspielhaus. Diagonale
The Diagonale (Festival of Austrian Film) is a film festival that takes place every March in Graz, Austria. The festival was initially held under the auspices of the Austrian Film Commission in Salzburg from 1993 to 1995 but moved to Graz in 1998. Traditional cinema venues are ''Annenhof Kino'', ''Schubertkino'', ''KIZ RoyalKino'', and the ''Filmzentrum im Rechbauerkino''. ''Charité'' is a German drama television series. The first season was directed by Sönke Wortmann, and was written by Grimme-Preis winner Dorothee Schön and Sabine Thor-Wiedemann. The season is set during 1888 and the years following at Berlin's Charité hospital. The series premiered on 21 March 2017 on the German channel Das Erste, and was distributed in the USA and UK on Netflix between April 2018 and June 2022. A second series went into production in November 2017, and first aired in Germany in February 2019. This season is directed by Anno Saul and was also written by Schön and Thor-Wiedemann. Klaus Händl (born September 17, 1969) is an Austrian actor, writer and director. Biography Händl was born in Rum, Tyrol, Austria. He started his theater career as an actor in Vienna's Schauspielhaus. His first theatrical production, which he also directed, was premiered in the Styrian autumn festival ''Steirischer Herbst'' at Graz. He has also appeared in several films. As a director, he made the feature films ''März'' in 2008, and '' Tomcat'' in 2016, both of which were credited to Händl Klaus. Rainer Frimmel (born 11 July 1971 in Vienna) is an Austrian director and photographer. After studying psychology in Vienna he graduated as a photographer. He has received scholarships in New York City, Paris and Rome for his photographic work. Since 1996 he has been working together with Tizza Covi on films, theatre, and photography. Tizza Covi
Tizza Covi (1971, in Bolzano) is an Italian screenwriter and director. She lived in Paris and Berlin before studying photography in Vienna. After finishing her studies she went to Rome where she worked as a photographer. Since 1996 she works together with Rainer Frimmel on films, theatre, and photography. In 2002 they founded their own film production company, Vento Film, to produce their films independently. Without exception, Tizza Covi shoots her films in a two-person team with Rainer Frimmel.
