The Senate of Puerto Rico () is the upper house of the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico, the territorial legislature of Puerto Rico. Calixto Calero Juarbe (April 16, 1936 – May 3, 2005) was a lawyer, accountant and a former at-large senator in the Puerto Rico Senate. Early life and education Calixto Calero Juarbe was born in Isabela, Puerto Rico. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 1963, he graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law in Ponce, Puerto Rico, with a degree in law. This is the first graduating class in Law from that institution.
