Phakding
Phakding is a small village in the Khumbu region of Nepal. It lies in the Dudh Kosi river valley just north of Lukla and south of Monjo, Nepal, Monjo, at an altitude of 2,610 m.Bradley, Mayhew; "Trekking in the Nepal Himalaya"; (2009); 9 ed.; p. 94 (map)+ pp 103-104; Lonely Planet; It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. The trail starts at Lukla and Phakding is often the main stopping point for trekkers on their way to Mount Everest via the Gokyo Ri route or Tengboche route. Chaurikharka is a Village development committee (Nepal), village development committee in Solukhumbu District in the Sagarmatha Zone of northeastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 2422 people living in 502 individual households. Monjo, Nepal
Monjo is a small village in the Khumbu region of Nepal. It lies in the Dudh Kosi river valley just north of Phakding and south of Jorsale, at an altitude of 2,835 m, just below the Sagarmatha National Park entrance gate and check-point,Bradley, Mayhew; "Trekking in the Nepal Himalaya"; (2009); 9 edição; p 94 (map)+ pp 103-104; Lonely Planet; one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. As per the census of 2011, Monjo village has a population of 114 people. All of them are followers of Buddhism and engaged in the tourism business. Namche Bazar
Namche Bazaar (also Namche Bazar, Nemche Bazaar or Namche Baza; ) is a town (formally Namche Village Development Committee) in ward no 5 Khumbu Pasanglhamu Rural Municipality in Solukhumbu District of Koshi Province in northeastern Nepal. It is located within the Khumbu area at at its low point, populating the sides of a hill. Most Sherpa in the tourism business hail from the Namche area. Namche is the main trading center and hub for the Khumbu region. At the 2001 census, it had a population of 1,647 people living in 397 individual households. Everest Base Camp

Tengboche
Tengboche (or Thyangboche) is a village in Khumbu Pasanglhamu rural municipality in the Khumbu subregion of Province No. 1 in Nepal, located at . Within the village is an important Buddhist monastery, Tengboche Monastery, which is the largest gompa in the Khumbu region. The structure was built in 1923. Gokyo Ri
Gokyo Peak () is a -high peak in the Khumbu region of the Nepal Himalayas. It is located on the west side of the Ngozumpa glacier, which is the largest glacier in Nepal and reputed to be the largest in the whole Himalayas. Gokyo (4,750 m, 15,583 ft above sea level), at the base of Gokyo Ri, is a small village with several houses and lodges, and is one of the highest settlements in the world. From the summit of Gokyo Ri it is possible to see four 8,000-metre peaks: Mount Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and Cho Oyu. The Gokyo Lakes are in the area. Mount Everest
