Peter Warren Singer (born 1974) is an American political scientist, an international relations scholar and a specialist on modern warfare, 21st-century warfare. The United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) is a major command of the United States Army headquartered at Fort Eustis, Virginia.
