Persipal Palu is an Indonesian football club based in Palu, Central Sulawesi. In the last season, they actually played in Liga 3 but failed to be promoted after finishing 3rd in the National round Group E. But in mid-2022, they bought Muba Babel United's slot and automatically promoted themselves to Liga 2. Liga 3 ( English: ''League Three'') is the lowest tier in Indonesian football league system. Formed as Liga Nusantara in 2014, this league occupies the third tier and consists of 2 rounds: ''provincial qualification''—held in every provinces in Indonesia, and ''national round'', competed by provincial qualifiers (number varies between provinces). Engelberd Sani (born 28 May 1990 in Sorong, West Papua) is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a winger or right-back for Liga 2 club PSPS Riau.
