Persiku Kudus
Persatuan Sepak Bola Indonesia Kudus (lit. 'Indonesian Football Association of Kudus'), simply known as Persiku Kudus is an Indonesian professional football club based in Kudus Regency, Central Java. Persiku is currently competing in the Liga 2. It has the nicknames ''Macan Muria'' and ''Laskar Telingsing'', and its supporters are known as the SMM (Suporter Macan Muria). Persiku is headquartered at the Wergu Wetan Stadium. Persiku's best achievement was in 2005 Liga Indonesia Second Division, as they managed to become champions in a 2–1 victory over Perserang Serang. Persiku's player Agus Santiko was the top scorer with 16 goals. Mount Muria
Mount Muria or Gunung Muria is a dormant stratovolcano on the north coast of Central Java, Indonesia, about 66 km north of Semarang city. Kanjuruhan Stadium Disaster
On 1 October 2022, a fatal Crowd collapses and crushes, crowd crush occurred following an association football match at Kanjuruhan Stadium in Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Following a loss by home side Arema F.C., Arema to their rivals Persebaya Surabaya, around 3,000 Arema supporters pitch invasion, invaded the pitch. Police said that the rioting supporters attacked the players and the team officials. The police attempted to protect the players and stop the riot, but the crowds clashed with security forces. In response, riot police units deployed tear gas, which triggered a stampede of people in the stadium trying to escape the gas.
