Putrajaya (), officially the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (), is the administrative centre of Malaysia. The Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC; ) is a convention centre in Putrajaya, Malaysia. It occupies an area of 135,000 square meters in Precinct 5. The building began construction in 2001 and was completed in September 2003.
