Tanah Laut Regency is one of the regencies in the Indonesian province of South Kalimantan. The area is 3,631.35 km2, and the population at the 2010 Census was 296,333; the latest official estimate (as at mid 2017) is 334,328. The capital is Pelaihari. Motto: "Tuntung Pandang" ( Banjarese). Liga 3 ( English: ''League Three'') is the lowest tier in Indonesian football league system. Formed as Liga Nusantara in 2014, this league occupies the third tier and consists of 2 rounds: ''provincial qualification''—held in every provinces in Indonesia, and ''national round'', competed by provincial qualifiers (number varies between provinces). 2023–24 Liga 3 (Indonesia)
2023–24 Liga 3 is the eighth season of the Liga 3 under the current name and the ninth season under the current league structure, and the only amateur league football competition in Indonesia. The tournament was organized by Provincial Association of PSSI for the provincial round and PSSI for the national round. Teams that qualify for the last 8 of Liga 3 are entitled to promotion to 2024–25 Liga 2. Karo United was the champion in the 2021–22 season.
