Ende, East Nusa Tenggara
Ende is the seat capital of the Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia. Ende is located on the southern coast of Flores Island. The town had a population of 87,269 residents at the 2020 census, divided administratively between four districts of the regency – Ende Seletan, Ende Timur, Ende Tengah and Ende Utara. History Ende was the site of a kingdom that existed around the end of 18th century. The people of the area therefore known as Lio-Ende people. For many decades Ende has been a center of government, trade, education, and political activities. Rebellion against the Dutch was led by a certain Nipa Do known as the wars of Watu Api and Mari Longa (1916-1917). In 1934, the nationalist leader, Sukarno, who later became Indonesia's first president was exiled to eastern Indonesia by the Dutch colonial government. Liga 4 (English: ''League Four'') is the fourth-tier of the football competition system in Indonesia, and the only amateur league football competition in Indonesia. The competition is organized by Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) and the first season starts in 2024. Format Provincial phase Each province will hold a provincial league, they are followed by amateur clubs without a limit of participants with different competition formats, the difference in the format is due to the different number of participants in each province. 2023–24 Liga 3 (Indonesia)
2023–24 Liga 3 is the eighth season of the Liga 3 under the current name and the ninth season under the current league structure, and the only amateur league football competition in Indonesia. The tournament was organized by Provincial Association of PSSI for the provincial round and PSSI for the national round. Teams that qualify for the last 8 of Liga 3 are entitled to promotion to 2024–25 Liga 2. Karo United was the champion in the 2021–22 season. Because Liga 2's previous season along with 2022–23 Liga 3 were abandoned due to a combination of factors with the most notable among them was the Kanjuruhan Stadium disaster, participants of the league remain unchanged from last season.
