Pernell McPhee
Pernell McPhee (born December 17, 1988) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He is currently an assistant coach at the University of Michigan. He played college football for the Mississippi State Bulldogs and was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL draft. He has also played in the NFL for the Chicago Bears and Washington Redskins. Early life Pernell attended Pahokee High School, where he was teammates with Dwight Bentley and Janoris Jenkins. McPhee only played one year of high school football and started on both sides of the ball, playing offensive tackle and defensive end. He registered 75 total tackles, including 35 tackles for loss and 19 quarterback sacks to go along with 12 forced fumbles as a senior. Fumble
A fumble in gridiron football occurs when a player who has possession and control of the ball loses it before being downed (tackled), scoring, or going out of bounds. By rule, it is any act other than passing, kicking, punting, or successful handing that results in loss of ball possession by a player. The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) is a not-for-profit organization designated by the Florida Legislature as the governing organization to regulate all interscholastic activities of high schools in Florida. Trinity Catholic High School is a Roman Catholic college preparatory day school in Ocala, Florida. Located in the Diocese of Orlando, Trinity Catholic is the first and only Catholic high school in Ocala. Trinity Catholic High School was founded in 2000 by the Diocese of Orlando. John Brantley
John Brantley, IV (born March 3, 1989) is an American former football quarterback. He played college football at Florida from 2008 to 2011. He was signed by the Baltimore Ravens after going undrafted in the 2012 NFL draft but was released before the start of the season. Brantley has family connections to the University of Florida. Janoris Jenkins (born October 29, 1988), nicknamed "Jackrabbit", is an American former professional American football, football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and typically line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and so back up the defensive linemen.
