Perlat
Perlat is a village in the former municipality of Kthellë in the Lezhë County, northwestern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Mirditë. The village is the largest in the former municipality. Kthellë
Kthellë is a former municipality in the Lezhë County, northwestern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Mirditë. The population at the 2023 census was 1,202. The largest village in the municipal unit is Perlat. It was once in the center of the old Oheri district of early 20th century Albania, but this district was later divided between Mirdita and Mati. Since 2015, Kthellë forms part of the new Kthella Regional Nature Park adjacent to the Oroshi Mt Protected Area.Kthella Regional Nature Park

League Of Lezhë
The League of Lezhë (), also commonly referred to as the Albanian League (), was a military and diplomatic alliance of the Albanian aristocracy, created in the city of Lezhë on 2 March 1444. The League of Lezhë is considered the first unified independent Albanian country in the Medieval age, with Skanderbeg as leader of the regional Albanian chieftains and nobles united against the Ottoman Empire. Skanderbeg was proclaimed "Chief of the League of the Albanian People," while Skanderbeg always signed himself as "''Dominus'' ''Albaniae"'' ( Albanian: ''Zot i Arbërisë'', English: ''Lord of Albania''). At the assembly of Lezhë, members from the families Kastrioti, Arianiti, Zaharia, Muzaka, Spani, Thopia, Balsha and Crnojević, which were linked matrilineally or via marriage to the Kastrioti, were present. Mirditë
Mirditë ( sq-definite, Mirdita) is a municipality in Lezhë County, northwestern Albania. It was created in 2015 by the merger of the former municipalities Fan, Mirditë, Fan, Kaçinar, Kthellë, Orosh, Rrëshen, Rubik, Albania, Rubik and Selitë, Mirditë, Selitë. The seat of the municipality is the town Rrëshen. The total population is 22,103 (2011 census), in a total area of 870.26 km2. It is coterminous with the former Mirditë District. The municipality is located within the wider region of Mirdita whose territory is synonymous with the historic Tribes of Albania, Albanian tribe of the same name. During the time of Ottoman rule, Mirditë, along with the surrounding tribal regions, obtained a status of autonomy from the Ottomans and managed to preserve their Roman Catholic faith.
