Per Norvik
Per Kristian Norvik (born February 10, 1938) is a Norwegian journalist and editor. Biography Per Kristian Norvik was born in Vadsø, Norway on February 10, 1938. He is the older brother of businessman Harald Norvik and a cousin of politician Erling Norvik. Norvik began his medical studies in 1957, but dropped out in 1959 to become a journalist at '' Morgenbladet''. From 1965 to 1970 he worked at ''Aftenposten''. Since 1970 he worked as editor at ''Arbeidsgiveren'' (1970-1972), and as a political journalist at NRK (1972-1978). Norvik joined ''Verdens Gang'' in 1978, where he worked as associate editor (1978-1986), and political editor (1986-1993). In November 1993 Norvik left ''Verdens Gang'' together with its editor Einar Hanseid Einar Hanseid (born 19 November 1943) is a Norwegian retired newspaper editor. Vadsø (town)
Vadsø ( sme, Čáhcesuolu ; fkv, Vesisaari) is a town in Vadsø Municipality in Finnmark county, Norway. The town is the administrative centre of both Vadsø Municipality and Finnmark county, and is the largest town in East Finnmark. The town is located on the southern shore of the Varanger Peninsula, along the Varanger Fjord. Part of the town lies on the island of Vadsøya. It is connected to the rest of the town on the mainland by a bridge. The town has a population (2017) of 5,064 which gives the town a population density of . Vadsø Church is located in the town, and it is the seat of the dean of the Varanger prosti (deanery) which is part of the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. Håvard Narum (born 23 June 1944) is a Norwegian journalist and author. Biography Born in Hov, Norway, Narum has degrees in political science, history and English from the University of Oslo. He started his career in journalism at '' Oppland Arbeiderblad'' in 1964, joining the Norwegian News Agency in 1969.
