Penang Reserves is a reserve team of Penang F.C., Penang FC which consists 3 teams, Penang FC MFL Cup Team (U23), Penang FC President's Cup Team (U21) and Penang FC Youth's Cup Team (U18). Penang FC MFL Cup Team are the under-23 team of Penang F.C., Penang. They play in the MFL Cup, which is the top level of reserve football in Malaysia founded in 2023. The team mainly consist of under-23 players at the club, although senior players occasionally have an appearance. Penang FC President's Cup Team are the under-21 team of Penang F.C., Penang. They play in the Piala Presiden (Malaysia), Malaysia President Cup. They were the Champions in the 2004 season. Penang FC Youth Cup Team are the under-19 team of Penang F.C., Penang. They play in the Piala Belia, Malaysia Youth Cup. The youth setup has produced some Malaysia national football team, Malaysia internationals, such as Salahuddin Che Rose, Moey Kok Hong, Kamarulzaman Hassan, Megat Amir Faisal, Hasmawi Hassan, Abdul Aziz Ismail, ...

City Stadium, Penang
The City Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in George Town, Penang, Malaysia, and serves as the home stadium of the Penang state football team, Penang FA. The oldest built stadium still in use in Malaysia, it was built in 1932 by the British government. The stadium has a capacity of approximately 25,000 people and is now mainly used for football matches involving Penang FA, such as the Malaysian Super League. It is also well known for the vociferous home support, dubbed the "Keramat Roar". The stadium was the site where Mohd Faiz Subri, a Penang FA player, scored a physics-defying free kick goal during a Malaysian Super League match in 2016. He was awarded the prestigious FIFA Puskás Award the following year for this particular effort.
