Morro Redondo (English: ''Rounded Hill'') is a Brazilian municipality in the southern part of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The population is 6,589 (2020 est.) in an area of 244.65 km². It is located 35 km (21.75 mi) from Pelotas. Demographics Much of the population have Portuguese origin mainly from the Azores and Germans mainly from Pomerania, the remainder were from Italy.
