Pedro Rubiolo (born 21 December 2002) is an Argentine professional rugby union player who plays as a lock for Premiership Rugby club Bristol Bears and the Argentina national team. Club career Jaguares Rubiolo began his career at Club CRAR, Rafaela city, Santa Fe, Argentina before joining the Jaguares XV in the SLAR. Winning the competition in 2021. World Rugby Americas Pacific Challenge
The Americas Pacific Challenge (APC) is a rugby union tournament funded by World Rugby that serves as a development competition for Americas and Pacific island nations. It provides a way to prepare players for participation with their senior national men's teams during international tests and in the Rugby World Cup qualification cycle. The competition has been hosted by the Uruguayan Rugby Union since 2016, with all games played in Montevideo. Prior to its creation, two teams from the Americas had played in the Pacific Challenge, hosted by Fiji in 2015. The 2021 World Rugby Americas Pacific Challenge was the fourth tournament of the Americas Pacific Challenge, a development competition for the Americas and Pacific island nations. However, due to travel restriction only Americas countries featured, with Paraguay replacing Samoa A national rugby union team, Samoa A. The competition was hosted by Uruguay with all games played at the 14,000 capacity stadium Estadio Charrúa in Montevideo. Format Six teams participated in the tournament. The 2021 Súper Liga Americana de Rugby season was the second season of Súper Liga Americana de Rugby, an annual rugby union competition sanctioned by Sudamérica Rugby. The competition began on 16 March and ended on 15 May. Teams Team changes Ceibos did not compete in the 2021 edition of the competition, having been replaced by the Argentine Rugby Union with the Jaguares XV. The Brazilian side are now known as Cobras Brasil XV or Cobras following the end of relationship with the Corinthians multi-sport club. The Colombian Cafeteros Pro also debuted this year. The 2023 Rugby World Cup () was the tenth men's Rugby World Cup, the quadrennial world championship for national rugby union teams. It took place in France from 8 September to 28 October 2023 in nine venues across the country. The opening game and 2023 Rugby World Cup final, final took place at the Stade de France, north of Paris. The tournament was held in the bicentenary year of the purported invention of the sport by William Webb Ellis. The tournament was scheduled to last six weeks, but in February 2021 World Rugby added a week to provide additional rest days for player welfare.
