Peder P. Næsheim
Peder P. Næsheim (7 October 1925 – 25 November 1969) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Rogaland in 1965, and was re-elected on one occasion. Shortly after the start of his second term, however, he died and was replaced by Lulla Einrid Fossland. The Storting ( ; ) is the supreme legislature of Norway, established in 1814 by the Constitution of Norway. It is located in Oslo. The unicameral parliament has 169 members and is elected every four years based on party-list proportional representation in nineteen multi-seat constituencies. Lulla Einrid Fossland (13 August 1917 – 3 December 2009) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. She was born in Harstad She served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Rogaland during the terms 1969–1973 and 1973–1977. From November 1969 to 1973 she served as a regular representative, filling in for Peder P. Næsheim who had died. Stavanger, officially the Stavanger Municipality, is a city and municipalities of Norway, municipality in Norway. It is the third largest city and third largest metropolitan area in Norway (through conurbation with neighboring Sandnes) and the administrative center of Rogaland county. The municipality is the fourth most populous in Norway. Located on the Stavanger Peninsula in southwest Norway, Stavanger counts its official founding year as 1125, the year the Stavanger Cathedral was completed.
