Roasting coffee transforms the chemical and physical properties of green coffee beans into roasted coffee products. Park Meadows is an enclosed shopping mall in Lone Tree, Colorado. Opened on August 30, 1996, the mall features Forever 21, JCPenney, Dillard's, Nordstrom, Macy's, Crate and Barrel and Dick's Sporting Goods as its anchor stores. History Park Meadows opened in 1996 with Dillard's, and the first Nordstrom in the state of Colorado. Both Foley's (now Macy's) and Joslins opened at the mall in 1997, and JCPenney opened in 1999. Peaberry, known in Spanish as caracolillo, is a type of coffee bean. Normally the fruit ("cherry") of the coffee plant contains two seeds ("beans") that develop with flattened facing sides, but sometimes only one of the two seeds is fertilized, and the single seed develops with nothing to flatten it. This oval (or pea-shaped) bean is known as peaberry. Typically around 5% of all coffee beans harvested are of this form. Normal coffee beans are less commonly called by contrast flat berry.
