Robert "Bob" Coughlin (born December 20, 1961) is an American entrepreneur, best known for being the founder and prior Chairman/CEO of Paycor, a Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services company. Early life Coughlin was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. He relocated to Ohio with his family at the age of 10. Coughlin graduated from Anderson High School in Cincinnati. Coughlin has two sisters who were disabled, one from birth and one from an infection as a child. Following graduation from Miami University in 1983, he worked at ADP and Computer Identics, in operations and sales roles. Paycor In May 1990, at age 28, Coughlin founded Paycor, Inc. to provide payroll services to the Cincinnati market. Upon Coughlin's retirement in 2019, Paycor served 30,000 clients and had 1,700 employees. Coughlin remained as chairman until fully retiring in 2020. Anderson High School (Ohio)
Anderson High School is a public high school in the Forest Hills Local School District in Hamilton County, Ohio. History Established in 1929, Anderson High School is a high school in the Greater Cincinnati area. Anderson was a Blue Ribbon School from 1994 - 1996 as awarded by the United States Department of Education When founded, the school mascot was a comet, but the mascot was changed to Redskins prior to the 1936-37 school year. In 2017, renovations began on the aging Anderson High School building. Construction is said to be done by the end of 2019. Flying Pig Marathon
The Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon is an annual race run the first Sunday of May in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded by Robert J. Coughlin, it was first held in 1999, it is the 3rd-largest first-time marathon in the United States. The marathon had nearly 5000 finishers in 2008, and total participation for all weekend events exceeded 30,408 in 2011. The race starts and finishes downtown and also crosses into Northern Kentucky. Skyline Chili is a chain of Cincinnati-style chili restaurants based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
