Pavel Chasnowski
Pavel Chasnowski (; (Pavel Chesnovskiy); born 4 March 1986) is a Belarusian former professional footballer. Career In 2009, he moved to FK Ventspils, but just after a half of the season he left the team, because of his limited playing time, as Aleksandrs Kolinko was the team's first choice keeper. In April 2010 he joined FK Ventspils farm-club FC Tranzit on loan, but already in June left the team. Between May 2011 and January 2012, Chasnowski was under contract with BATE Borisov. In 2002, Chasnowski played in 3 matches for the Belarus U17. In 2004, he amassed 4 caps for the Belarus U19 side. Chasnowski was the starting goalkeeper for the Belarus U21 team that participated in the UEFA U-21 Championship 2009. The 2020 Belarusian Premier League was the 30th season of top-tier football in Belarus. Dynamo Brest were the defending champions, having won their first league title last year. Shakhtyor Soligorsk became champions on the last play date by beating FC Minsk 4–2. Meanwhile, BATE Borisov didn't win and drew 0–0 at Dinamo Minsk so Shaktyor Soligorsk finished 1 point above BATE in the table and will play in the 2021–22 UEFA Champions League. By late March 2020, it was the only European top-flight league being contested, as all others were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic; games were played with crowds. The 2011 Belarusian Premier League was the 21st season of top-tier football in Belarus. It began in April and ended in November 2011. BATE Borisov were the defending champions. Teams Partizan Minsk were relegated to the Belarusian First League after finishing the 2010 season in last place, ending a seven-year tenure in the league. They were replaced by 2010 First League champions Gomel, who make their immediate return to the highest football league of Belarus.
