Paulo Alexandre Rodrigues Fonseca (born 5 March 1973) is a Portuguese professional Association football, football Manager (association football), manager and former player who played as a central defender. He is currently manager of Ligue 1 club Olympique Lyonnais, Lyon. He amassed Primeira Liga totals of 111 matches and three goals over seven seasons, representing Leça F.C., Leça, C.F. Os Belenenses, Belenenses, C.S. Marítimo, Marítimo, Vitória S.C., Vitória de Guimarães and C.F. Estrela da Amadora, Estrela da Amadora. The 2015–16 Taça de Portugal was the 76th season of the Taça de Portugal, the premier knockout competition in Portuguese football. The 2003–04 Primeira Liga was the 70th edition of top flight of Portuguese football. It started 16 August 2003 with an opening game between Académica de Coimbra and Sporting Clube de Portugal, and ended on 9 May 2004. It was contested by 18 teams. The Carnation Revolution (), code-named Operation Historic Turn (), also known as the 25 April (), was a military coup by military officers that overthrew the Estado Novo government on 25 April 1974 in Portugal. Barreiro () is a city and a municipality in the Setúbal District in Portugal. The population in 2021 was 78,345, in an area of . It is a region belonging to the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. Barreiro has a view of the city of Lisbon from Avenida da Praia and a riverside area called Alburrica. The mayor since 2017 has been Frederico Rosa, elected by the Socialist Party.
