Paul Thomas (basketball)
Paul Bernard Thomas (born October 28, 1962) is an American college basketball coach who was most recently the women's basketball head coach at Saint Mary's Gaels women's basketball, Saint Mary's College of California. He previously served as head coach at Hamline University, Hamline and Cal Poly Pomona Broncos, Cal Poly Pomona. Originally from Creighton, Nebraska, Thomas graduated from Wayne State College in Nebraska and began his coaching career in 1985 as an assistant coach at Wayne State College and a local high school. Thomas had his first head coaching position from 1988 to 1990 at Hamline, a largely unsuccessful stint with only one win in two seasons. He moved to California to be an assistant coach at Cal Poly Pomona for four years before being promoted to head coach, a position he held from 1994 to 2006. Paul Richard Thomas SSC (born 1975) is a British Anglican bishop who has served as Bishop of Oswestry, a suffragan bishop in the Diocese of Lichfield, and the provincial episcopal visitor for the western half of the Province of Canterbury (a position formerly held by the Bishop of Ebbsfleet) since February 2023. From 2011, he was vicar of St James's Church, Paddington. Early life and education Thomas was born in 1975 and raised in Carmarthenshire, Wales. He studied medieval English at Cardiff University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 1996. He continued his studies and graduated with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in 1998 or 1999. Paul Anthony Thomas (born 3 June 1971) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. Paul Thomas (born 6 May 1982) is a retired Australian rules football player who played in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) with Central District Football Club. He has been announced as their Coach for the 2021 Season. After spending a year on the Adelaide Crows list as a rookie in 2002, Thomas went back to the SANFL where he worked on improving his game, and he won a Magarey Medal in 2004. The Essendon Football Club picked him up in the 2004 AFL Draft but was delisted at the end of the 2005 AFL season after eight games for Essendon. Thomas returned to Central District in 2006 and was appointed club captain in 2007. He was captain of the Bulldogs winning SANFL Grand Final teams in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Philip Charles Toubus (April 17, 1949 – June 10, 2025), known professionally as Paul Thomas, was an American pornographic film actor and director. He was a member of the AVN Hall of Fame and the XRCO Hall of Fame. Biography Thomas was born in Winnetka, Illinois, to an upper-middle-class family in 1949. His father was of Greek-Jewish descent and his mother of Russian-Jewish descent.
