Paul Mitchell (footballer, Born 1981)
Paul Alexander Mitchell (born 26 August 1981) is an English football scout and former professional player. As a player, Mitchell began playing with the youth teams of Manchester City and Wigan Athletic, making his senior debut with the latter. He also played for Halifax Town, Swindon Town and Milton Keynes Dons on loan, whom he later joined permanently. Mitchell also had loan spells with Wrexham and Barnet before injuries forced an early retirement at the age of 27. Mitchell has worked with Milton Keynes Dons, Southampton, Tottenham Hotspur and RB Leipzig on player recruitment. Playing career Wigan Athletic Mitchell began playing in the youth ranks of local club Manchester City before joining Football League Second Division side Wigan Athletic in 1999. Stalybridge () is a town in Tameside, Greater Manchester, England, with a population of 23,731 at the 2011 Census. Akenhaton Carlos Edwards CM (born 24 October 1978) is a Trinidadian former professional footballer who plays as a winger or right-back for Bury Town. He started his footballing career in Trinidad and Tobago before moving to Wrexham in 2000 for whom he made over 150 appearances. He went on to play for Luton Town, Sunderland, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Ipswich Town and Millwall. Edwards also made over 90 appearances for the Trinidad and Tobago national football team, scoring four goals. The Football League First Division was a division of the Football League in England from 1888 until 2004. It was the top division in the English football league system from the season 1888–89 until 1991–92, a century in which the First Division's winning club became English men's football champions. The First Division contained between 12 and 24 clubs, playing each other home and away in a double round robin. The competition was based on two points for a win from 1888 until the increase to three points for a win in 1981.
