Paul R. Jenkins (August 2, 1938 – July 1, 2013) was an American actor. He appeared in films such as ''Network'' and ''Chinatown,'' and also single appearances in television shows such as ''M*A*S*H'', ''Columbo'', ''Lou Grant'', ''Kojak'', ''The Partridge Family'', and ''Starsky and Hutch''. He appeared three times in the television series ''The Rockford Files'' over the course of its six-season run, playing a different character each time. Jenkins is also known for roles such as Professor Parks in ''The Waltons'' and as Eddie in ''Dynasty.'' Biography Jenkins was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1938. He decided to become an actor after deciding he had no vocation to the priesthood, and, while living in New York City, began performing roles in theater. He made his film debut in 1968, playing a bit role in Roman Polanski's thriller '' Rosemary's Baby.'' Paul Jenkins (barrister)
Sir Paul Christopher Jenkins, KCB, QC (Hon) (22 September 1954 – 26 February 2018), was a British barrister. Jenkins was educated at Harrow County School for Boys and Manchester University. From 2006 until February 2014, he was the Treasury Solicitor, the United Kingdom Government's principal legal official, in which role he served as the Attorney General's Permanent Secretary and Chief Executive of the Treasury Solicitor's Department (TSol). He was also Her Majesty's Procurator General and, as Head of the Government Legal Service, head of profession for the 2,000 lawyers advising government. He took office as Treasury Solicitor in August 2006. He was appointed Queen's Counsel ('' honoris causa'') on 30 March 2009. He was in a civil partnership with René Hansen from 2009. Jenkins was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 1977 and joined the Government Legal Service in 1979. Paul Edward Jenkins (born 8 February 1972) is an English cricketer. Jenkins is a right-handed batsman who bowls slow left-arm orthodox. He was born in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. Jenkins made his Minor Counties Championship debut for Wales Minor Counties in 1998 against Devon. From 1998 to 2000, he represented the team in 5 Championship matches, the last of which came against Cheshire. His only MCCA Knockout Trophy appearance for the team came in 2000 against Shropshire. His only List A appearance for the team came in the 2nd round of the 1999 NatWest Trophy against the Derbyshire Cricket Board. In his only List A match, he scored a single unbeaten run and with the ball he took 2 wickets for 32 runs, at a bowling average of 16.00. He currently plays club cricket for Colwyn Bay Cricket Club in the Liverpool and District Cricket Competition. Paul Jenkins is a Canadian economist and Distinguished Fellow at The Centre for International Governance Innovation. He was most recently the Senior Deputy Governor and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank of Canada, the number two position in that institution. Born in St. Catharines, Ontario, he graduated from Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School (St. Catharines). Jenkins completed his undergraduate economics education at The University of Western Ontario with an honours bachelor of arts degree in economics. He then attended the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he received a master of science degree in economics in 1972. Biography Early years William Paul Jenkins (known as Paul Jenkins) was born in 1923 in Kansas City, Missouri, where he was raised. He met Frank Lloyd Wright who was commissioned by the artist's great-uncle, the Rev. Burris Jenkins (whose own motto was to "live dangerously") to rebuild his church in Kansas City, Missouri after a fire. Geoffrey Paul Jenkins (born 5 March 1938) is an Australian former politician. He was born in Ballarat and attended Redan Primary School and Ballarat High School. In 1952 he took an apprenticeship with H. L. Pullen, but in 1958 underwent national service. On his return, as an electrical mechanic, he worked for a number of companies until becoming a self-employed contractor and company director in 1961. In 1985 he was elected to Sebastopol Borough Council, serving until 1993 (and as mayor from 1989 to 1990). Paul Jenkins (born 6 December 1965) is a British comic book writer, screenwriter, novelist, and narrative director. He has had much success crossing over into the American comic book market. Primarily working for Marvel Comics, Jenkins had a big part shaping the characters of the company, helping via the Marvel Knights imprint to propel Marvel from Chapter 11 bankruptcy before choosing to focus on independent publications.
