Paul Foley (12 March 1914 – October 1983) was an American business executive. He was President & CEO, Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) and is inducted into the AAF Advertising Hall of Fame. Foley was a creative director at McManus, John & Adams, then president of McCann-Erickson before his role at IPG. The Advertising Hall of Fame, operated by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), began in 1948 as a result of a proposal by the New York Ad Club and its president, Andrew Haire, to the Advertising Federation of America, the predecessor organization to the American Advertising Federation. The council of judges and its executive committee are appointed each year by the president of the American Advertising Federation and chair of the Advertising Hall of Fame. Pontiac or formally the Pontiac Motor Division of General Motors, was an American automobile brand owned, manufactured, and commercialized by General Motors. Introduced as a companion make for GM's more expensive line of Oakland automobiles, Pontiac overtook Oakland in popularity and supplanted its parent brand entirely by 1933.
