Francisco "Patxi" Andión González (6 October 1947 – 18 December 2019) was a Spanish singer-songwriter, musician and actor. Biography Patxi Andión was born to Basque parents in Madrid in 1947 and lived part of his childhood in the Basque town of Azpeitia. His political beliefs led him to seek exile in Paris, where he took part in the May 68 protests and where he subsequently embarked on his musical career. Patxi's (pronounced pah-cheese) is a small pizzeria chain based in Sausalito, California. History Patxi's was founded by William Freeman and Francisco “Patxi” Azpiroz. Francisco Javier "Patxi" Vila Errandonea (born 11 October 1975 in Hondarribia, Basque Country) is a Spanish Basque former professional road bicycle racer who rides for the UCI Professional Continental team . Patxi Usobiaga Lakunza (born September 7, 1980), best known as Patxi Usobiaga, is a Spanish professional rock climber, sports climber and boulderer. He is known for winning two Lead Climbing World Cups in a row, and for being the first-ever climber in history to onsight an route. Francisco 'Patxi' Salinas Fernández (born 17 November 1963) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a central defender, currently manager of Club Portugalete.
