Patrik Engström
Patrik Olof Mikael Engström (born 1968) is a Swedish politician, trade unionist and former member of the Riksdag, the national legislature. A member of the Social Democratic Party, he represented Dalarna County between April 2017 and January 2022. He had previously been a substitute member of the Riksdag for Peter Hultqvist between October 2014 and March 2017. Engström is the son of roadworker Eskil Engström and Irene Engström (née Rosen). He was educated in Avesta. He had various jobs at the Outokumpu site in Avesta between 1986 and 2014. He was a member of the municipal council in Avesta Municipality from 2006 to 2014. He is currently a regional co-ordinator for the IF Metall Industrifacket Metall (IF Metall) is a trade union in Sweden. The Riksdag ( , ; also or , ) is the parliament and the parliamentary sovereignty, supreme decision-making body of the Kingdom of Sweden. P4 (''pe fyra'') is a national radio channel produced by the Swedish public broadcaster Sveriges Radio. P4 was started in 1987 as a network of regional stations, but national programming was added in 1993 when P3 was relaunched as a specialist youth channel and P4 took over a large part of P3's former programming intended for a more adult audience. Dalarna County () is one of the 29 multi-member constituencies of the Riksdag, the national legislature of Sweden. The constituency was established as Kopparberg County in 1970 when the Riksdag changed from a bicameral legislature to a unicameral legislature. It was renamed Dalarna County in 1998.
