Patrick Marcil
Patrick Marcil (born June 2, 1975) is a Canadian mixed martial arts and Lethwei coach. He is a sifu (師傅 ) in Fangshendo, a modified form of Jeet Kune Do. His students include Lethwei World Champion Dave Leduc and UFC middleweight fighter Marc-André Barriault. Background Marcil's coaching was featured in Jet Li's defunct website, VICE, Le Droit, Myanmar Times, Asia Times, La Presse, and Ici Radio-Canada. He trains numerous professional MMA fighters in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. Martial arts career In 1994, Patrick Marcil along with brother-in-law Stephane Patenaude opened their first Kung Fu school in Orléans and shortly after, their second school in Gatineau, Quebec. In 2003, Marcil fought at ''World Extreme Battle'' in Laval, Quebec winning his fight with a TKO at 2:17 in the first round. Casselman, Ontario
Casselman is a village in eastern Ontario, Canada, in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell. Situated on the South Nation River about southeast of downtown Ottawa, along the Trans-Canada Highway 417. It is served by a station on the Montreal-Ottawa Via Rail train, twice a day in each direction. Casselman is surrounded on all sides by The Nation since Casselman citizens refused to join the fusion of municipalities. The village was named after Martin Casselman who built a sawmill near the site of the current town in 1844. Its post office was established in 1857. Jet Li
Li Lianjie (courtesy name Yangzhong; born 26 April 1963), better known by his stage name Jet Li, is a Chinese film actor, film producer, martial artist, and retired Wushu champion. He is a naturalized Singaporean citizen. After three years of training with acclaimed Wushu teacher Wu Bin, Li won his first national championship for the Beijing Wushu Team. Too Too
Too Too ( my, တူးတူး) is a Burmese Lethwei fighter and who competes in the World Lethwei Championship. He is former the WLC Middleweight World champion and is undefeated under traditional Lethwei rules, holding the 75 kg Lethwei Golden Belt since 2015. He also competed in the only Lethwei superfight at Kunlun Fight 25 in Slovakia. Career In 2013, Too Too took took part in the 2013 Southeast Asian Games and 2013 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Incheon, South Korea winning the gold and bronze medal respectively. Sanshou
Sanda (), formerly Sanshou (), also known as Chinese boxing or Chinese kickboxing, is the official Chinese kickboxing full-contact combat sport. Sanda is a fighting system which was originally developed by the Chinese military based upon the study and practices of traditional kung fu and modern combat fighting techniques; it combines boxing and full-contact kickboxing, which includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow and knee strikes. Manotick
Manotick ( ) is a community in Rideau-Jock Ward in the rural south part of the City of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is a suburb of the city, located on the Rideau River, immediately south of the suburbs Barrhaven and Riverside South, about from downtown Ottawa. It was founded by Moss Kent Dickinson in 1864.
