After starting his career at Office de Radiodiffusion Télévision Française, ORTF, he worked at TF1, then RMC (France), RMC before returning to France 5. Patrice Duhamel served as program director at France Inter, deputy editor of ''Le Figaro Magazine, Figaro Magazine'', and later as general director of France Télévisions. Over the course of his career, Duhamel has interviewed eight French presidents and 24 prime ministers. His new memoir, ''Le chat et le renard'' (The Cat and the Fox), provides a behind-the-scenes look at French political leaders and the relationships between them.
