New Generation Party (Romania)
The New Generation Party – Christian Democratic (''Partidul Noua Generație - Creștin Democrat'', PNGCD; formerly ''Partidul Noua Generație'', PNG) was a nationalist political party in Romania. Created in 2000 as a centrist grouping around former Mayor of Bucharest Viorel Lis, it was taken over in January 2004 by businessman Gigi Becali (owner of FC Steaua București), who became its leader. Its ideology has since changed to extreme nationalism and Orthodox Christianity. Since then, it has pursued a radically nationalistic, xenophobic and homophobic scheme. In the 2004 legislative elections, PNG won 2.2% of the popular vote but no seats in the Chamber of Deputies and Senate. For the 2009 European Parliament election, the PNGCD forged an electoral alliance with the far-right Greater Romania Party (PRM). New Generation Party (Papua New Guinea)
The New Generation Party is a political party in Papua New Guinea. It was established in 2006 by former Treasurer Bart Philemon and Lae businessman Bob Sinclair. It pledged to abolish provincial governments and administrators and ban the export of whole logs, switching to downstream processing of timber in Papua New Guinea. It stated that it would not work with the government of Michael Somare, and allied with Mekere Morauta's Papua New Guinea Party. It won four seats at the 2007 election, with Philemon becoming deputy opposition leader under Morauta. The party passed into government when Peter O'Neill ousted Somare in August 2011, and O'Neill appointed Philemon as Minister for Public Service in the new government. The Minority Rights Action Party or , abbreviated MIRA, is a political party in Malaysia. The party was an active party and was formed in 2017 by a group of human rights activist led by Kannan Ramasamy and educationist Late Francis Rhajahh. It was approved registration by the Registrar of Society in November 2018. MIRA Party was co-founded by Kannan Ramasamy and Late Francis Rhajahh. The party's aims is to be voice of minority in Malaysia and to establish policy for minorities along the UN Declaration on Minorities Right 1992.
