Parker Washington
Christopher Parker Washington (born March 21, 2002) is an American football wide receiver for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Penn State. Early life Washington was born on March 21, 2002, in Sugar Land, Texas. He attended Travis High School in Pecan Grove, Texas. Washington played baseball, basketball and football. In football, he had 160 receptions, 2,800 receiving yards, 36 receiving touchdowns, and 41 total touchdowns at Travis. College career As a freshman at Penn State, Washington started all nine games for the Nittany Lions. He became the first true freshman since Brandon Polk in 2015 to start the season opener for the Nittany Lions. The 2021 Penn State Nittany Lions football team represented Pennsylvania State University in the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team competed as a member of the Big Ten Conference and played their home games at Beaver Stadium in University Park, Pennsylvania. The team was led by eighth-year head coach James Franklin. The Nittany Lions had a promising start to the season, going 5–0 and beating a ranked Wisconsin and Auburn, to reach number 4 in the AP poll.
