Paperboys (group)
Paperboys is a Norwegian hip hop duo consisting of rapper Øyvind "Vinni" Sauvik and DJ Ole Alexander "Pope Dawg" Halstensgård. The duo has released four albums and their debut included ''Barcelona'', a collaboration with Madcon which was a hit in Norway. After this the pair released several hit singles in Norway but with little to no notable acclaim outside the country. Most of the duo's work uses other artists and relies heavily on YouTube advertising and word of mouth. Including "Moving Up" Featuring Keith & Kleen Cut, "It's Paper", and their most recent hit, "Lonesome Traveller", and they also collaborated with Madcon on their European hit "Back on the Road". Vinni
Øyvind Sauvik (born 3 February 1976), better known by his stage name Vinni, is a Norwegian rapper and singer. Biography Born in Arendal, Norway, Sauvik moved with his parents to Tanzania when he was three years old, as they worked with development agency NORAD. He grew up in Africa and learned to speak Swahili there. Upon his return, he formed the hip hop duo Paperboys (group), Paperboys with Jarle "J.J." Hollerud. When JJ left the formation, he was replaced by DJ Ole Alexander "Pope Dawg" Halstensgård. In the duo Øyvind Sauvik was popularly known as Vincent Vagabond or just Vinni. Madcon is a Norwegian musical duo formed in 1992 by Yosef Wolde-Mariam and Tshawe Baqwa. They have released eight albums as of 2018, and became known for their 2007 cover of the 1967 song "Beggin'" by The Four Seasons. They took their name from the phrase "mad conspiracy". Members Yosef Wolde-Mariam Yosef Wolde-Mariam (born August 4, 1978) is an Ethiopian-Norwegian TV presenter and rapper. His parents were from Ethiopia and Eritrea.
