The Madhya Pradesh cricket team is a domestic cricket team based in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It competes in the Ranji Trophy. History Holkar cricket team A Central India team competed in the Ranji Trophy between 1934–35 and 1939–40, playing 12 matches. Chhattisgarh cricket team is a cricket team from the state of Chhattisgarh, India. Chhattisgarh began playing in Indian domestic tournaments including the Ranji Trophy from the 2016–17 season. Devendrasingh Bundela (born 22 February 1977) is a former Indian cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman for Madhya Pradesh and made his first-class debut in 1995/96. He was a highly successful professional for Whitehaven Cricket Club 2001–03. He became captain of Madhya Pradesh in 2010 Ranji Trophy and was promoted to Ranji Trophy Super League next season. Syed Abbas Ali (born 20 February 1976), in Indore is a former Indian first class cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman.
